Some paid surveys are looking for information from people that only make up a small amount of I-say’s community. While it is understandable that it may frustrate you, ending a survey early helps to ensure that I-say is not wasting your time on surveys that have no interest to you.

These sorts of questions are there to find out what kind of people are interested in purchasing a product or service. For instance, a man is more likely to want a mustache trimmer, but a woman is going to be more likely to want to buy a curling iron. Sometimes, it is difficult to know which person may be interested in a product, and that is why this question is asked.

If you are going away or simply need some time away from taking these surveys, you won't need to unsubscribe. Instead, you can use the link that says “Report a Vacation” and tell I-say when you plan to be away so that I-say do not send you any invitations for paid surveys during this time. You can tell them about your time away after logging in and using that link which you can find in the settings section of your account. Just click the arrow next to your profile picture found in the upper right-hand corner of your page.

The number of surveys you will be asked to take will vary. Most of the members of this site will get an average of four requests with a minimum of one request a month. This will be based on profile information, so some members may get more frequent requests than others. As always, it is your decision whether or not you take the survey.

I-say’s mobile app can only be used for specific paid surveys on mobile. It isn't available using your usual email and password for this site. When a survey is sent to you through the app, you will be told about it through a text message or through email. Then, you can download the app and sign up using a different name and password than the one you use to get access to this site.

Right after you finish a survey, by using their website or using your email, the system will enter the points and the contest entries you received. Most surveys will post their rewards automatically to your account after a few minutes of completing this survey. Sometimes, the points may not appear immediately in your account. I these cases, the points will be rewarded later into your account. It can even take a few days after survey completion before you see the points on the website.

If you cannot access the survey by clicking the link, just copy and paste the second link that you can find down in the email into the browser address bar. The link can be split into two lines or more. If this is the case, simply copy and paste each individual line into the search bar. If this doesn't help you access the survey, just contact I-say with the survey number of the invitation and they will help you access the survey.

If the link in the email doesn't work for you, then just copy and paste the survey link that is found at the bottom of the email into the address bar in your browser. The link can sometimes be split across two different lines, and in this case, you will want to copy and paste every line separately into the search bar. If this does not help, you can email them with the survey number or survey invitation for help.

I-say is always looking for ways for members to earn more points, so keep an eye on your inbox for program updates from I-say’s site.

You can get into your account by signing in and clicking on the section that is labeled "My Points Account." It will be marked with a star and is located in the upper right-hand corner beside your profile picture. The amount of points that you have will be shown next to the star. After clicking on it, you can see the detailed information about each point you have earned along with the surveys that you have taken.

The points that you get for completing these paid surveys will be added to your account and typically updated in only a few minutes after completion of the survey with the exception of only a couple of surveys. There can be times when recently completed surveys won't show points right away in your accounts section, and during these instances, the points will always show up later. It can sometimes take a few days before the points will show up on the website. Points and survey statuses will be recorded constantly in I-say’s main database and will be deposited into your account following their protocol.

For a few surveys, like those that are intended to be answered over the course of a few days, these points may not be added until you have finished the last day or part of the survey. If you still do not see these points in your account when the survey is over, contact I-say for help. Include the survey number and survey link in the email. Keep in mind that you have to complete a survey in order to earn your points. If you aren't getting points for your completed paid surveys or if the points are not correct, just let I-say know.

Once you log into the website, you just click on the section that is labeled My Points Account. It will be marked with a star and located in the upper right-hand corner beside your profile picture. It is here that you will find the information regarding the points that you earned and the surveys you have completed.

Winners will be told that they have won through their email. I-say will send the email to the email address that they have for you, so always be sure that you are using an up-to-date email. You can change your email using the arrow next to your profile picture found in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Just choose Settings and click the Modify Your Email section.

Every winner gets a confirmation deadline in which they must respond to the notification of the prize by the date that has been stated in the email. If you do not claim your prize before the deadline, the prize will be canceled. Be sure to check your email often for this reason. Members of this site can also check the prize drawings on the website by looking at the points balance page that is marked with a star in the upper right-hand corner. The contest winnings that are currently pending will be listed in that section when you filter the page by Other Rewards.

Simply click on the Explore section in the top right-hand side of the page and look at the Winners section for a listing of winners of recent contests.
