Do I have to register once again?
No. Everything that was already in your account will be identical to the way that it was before. Your membership status will also have not changed, meaning that you are going to be able to log into your account just as you would any other day. You will only be asked to choose a security question before you log in again.
How do I access my account?

Is there a minimum amount of time that I have to be a member?
No, you are able to stay with Valued Opinions for as long as you want.
Can I reactivate my account if I haven’t used it for some time?
If you would like to reactivate your Valued Opinions account during 365 days of deactivating it, you can contact them and they will accommodate your request. If you want to unsubscribe from their service, you will find an unsubscribe link in the emails that ValuedOpinions sends you. You can also unsubscribe using the Preferences section of your member account.
How do I check my rewards balance?

How do I get paid surveys?
When there is a new profiling questionnaire or a new survey to take, they will always email you. Be sure that you email provider has not blocked emails from Valued Opinions. You will also be able to see surveys that are available on your dashboard after you log in. Being invited to take a survey will depend on several things such as the types and number of paid surveys that they are giving out at any time. It will also depend on the amount of information ValuedOpinions has on you to know whether or not to send you relevant surveys.
How long does it take to take a survey?
The survey times will vary in length, but they will usually take less than 15 or 20 minutes to finish. Each survey emailed to you will tell you how long it should take along with the survey deadline.
Why can't I go to the survey?
If you aren't able to get access to the survey site, try the following:
- Ensure that you copy and paste the link from your email into your browser, and then press enter. This will take you to the right page
- Ensure that you have copied the entire website address
- Make sure your link does not contain any line breaks, as this will not allow the link to work
Can I change my replies on these surveys?
Once you have given an answer on a survey, it cannot be changed. This helps to ensure the integrity and accuracy of ValuedOpinions data.
Why didn't I qualify for a given survey?
ValuedOpinions will ask questions like age, gender and location at the beginning of ever survey since they look for different demographics to take certain questionnaires. You might not qualify for a survey for several different reasons based on your answers to these questions. ValuedOpinions try to ensure that they will place questions that could disqualify a person at the beginning of the survey. You may also be prevented from completing a survey if the site reaches its desired number of participants. The survey will close automatically if this happens. It is recommended that you keep your profile up-to-date, as it will increase your chances of getting more paid surveys.
Why is the survey closed now?
Most of ValuedOpinions paid surveys will stay open for a couple of days. Some paid surveys will be more popular than others and will close more quickly if the quota has been reached sooner than the deadline. ValuedOpinions will try to limit the number of participants so that the ones that are invited have a chance of answering each survey.
Rewards
How do I redeem my rewards?
In order to redeem your rewards, you will have to log in to your account with Valued Opinions. When your balance is £8 or above, you can redeem a reward. For data security, you will have to verify your account using a United Kingdom mobile number to redeem this reward. Once you have given them your mobile number, ValuedOpinions will send out a validation code that you can enter before you will redeem the reward. This will protect your rewards balance and account. ValuedOpinions will never share your information with third parties and will never use it for marketing purposes. You can use a landline phone if you do not have a mobile phone.
I requested an electronic voucher by accident. Can I cancel it?
ValuedOpinions are not able to cancel an electronic voucher since they are emailed to you immediately after you request them and the reward has been deducted from the account already.
Will I always get a reward for participating in the research?
Usually, you will be rewarded with a credit to your account for each survey you complete. At the beginning of each survey, you will answer questions that show you are eligible to take the survey. When you have been chosen to move forward, you can complete any survey in full and they will reward you with a certain amount that will be clearly stated up front. This amount will then be credited to your account automatically. Complex studies such as focus groups or diary studies will take up to 6 weeks to be credited. If they find that a participant has not been honest in their answers, such as providing answers with no meaning or completing the same survey over and over, ValuedOpinions will not reward them. This does not happen regularly and is only used as a way to stop people from ruining opportunities for other people.
When will I be credited for the participation in a survey?
When you have completed a survey, you will be credited.
Badges
How do badges work?
Badges are given to any member that has activated their account and continues to take surveys, redeem rewards and fill out profile information. There are five different levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. At each level, there will be achievements that can be had, which are badges, and they can be won depending on how active you are with taking paid surveys. The membership levels are just in relation to your activity on the site and rewards that you earn.
How do I level up my badge rating?
If you want to earn a higher badge rating you can unlock all of the badges that go with the next level that sits above the one you are on. For instance, if you are a bronze member in the beginning, you can complete all of the four available badge options that pertain to silver members in order to level your account up and become a silver member. You are able to get different badges for levels that are above your current badge. For example, if you have a profile that has been completed 100 percent, you will get a diamond badge for your profiling, but you will not receive diamond badge status until you have completed all of the other requirements that you need to become a diamond member.
What is a Bronze member?
Bronze members are those members who have only just gotten started. In order to reach Bronze status, all that you have to do is sign up with the site and activate your account using the activation email that is sent out after registration.
What is a Silver member?
Silver is the next step above bronze status. It requires four different qualifications that must be met in order to be a silver member. They are as follows:
- Take one survey in the previous week
- Complete 25 percent of their profile on their account
- Earn their survey credit for the first time
- Complete their first survey
What is a Gold member?
Gold members are those who are taking regular surveys with the site. In order to become a gold member, the following qualifications must be met:
- Complete 50 percent of their profile on their account
- Take a survey for two weeks in a row
- Get their first reward
- Complete the 10th survey
What is a Platinum member?
Platinum members are very active and take surveys regularly. They have also redeemed one or more rewards and will have a nearly completed profile. The qualifications are as follows:
- Have 75 percent of their profile on their account completed
- Take a survey for three weeks in a row
- Redeem their second reward
- Have completed their 25th survey
What is a Diamond member?
Diamond members sit at the top of the food chain. They will have a complete profile, have 50 paid surveys taken or more, be active regularly on the site and will have redeemed several rewards. Qualifications for diamond membership are as follows:
- Have 100 percent of their survey completed
- Take a survey four weeks in a row
- Have redeem their third reward
- Have completed their 50th survey
How do I keep my badge status?
In order to keep the status that your badge currently has, you just need to take ValuedOpinions surveys on a regular basis, meaning at least once a week. If you don't maintain your survey-taking activities, your badge will begin to dwindle in the categories of taking paid surveys for consecutive weeks and you will level down. Additionally, you have to keep your profile up-to-date, as some profilers, such as electronics, technology, automotive and gadgets, will expire over time. If you notice your profile completion percentage has become lower since your last login, just complete any profiles that need to be done to bump it back up.
